Yes. Most projects start with a 50% deposit to reserve your spot and begin discovery. The remaining balance is due at launch or split across milestones for larger projects.
Starter sites usually take 2–4 weeks. Business sites run 4–8 weeks. Custom applications and e-commerce projects vary based on complexity — we'll define a timeline during discovery.
Absolutely. Business and Custom tiers include CMS integration so you can edit content without code. I also provide a walkthrough and documentation at handoff.
Every package includes post-launch support (30–60 days depending on tier). After that, you can book ad-hoc updates or sign up for a maintenance plan starting at $150/month.
